A few months ago, Dade Service Corporation determined we needed to increase our internal project management efficencies. One key approach, selecting and implementing a software program that would allow total project management and collaboration in one centralized location.
The result: Fully utilizing and implementing Prolog Manager and Converge. We currently were using Prolog Manager, but only utilizing about 5% of what the software has to offer. Although not every module will work for our unique design-build approach, we are hard at work to customize the software to work for us.
