Team Dade is excited to continue our track for growth and expansion with the hire of new team member, Greg Schlaffer. Greg will be working as a Project Manager for Dade Service. He graduated from UF with undergraduate degree in business and masters in Construction Management. He then worked for the 8th largest Construction firm in the US. We are excited to bring his knowledge and expertise on board. We know that his positive attitude, knowledge and drive for excellence will be an assist in providing top notch work to our clients.

Dade Service Corporation Prolog Implementation Featured in Meridian Case Study
A few months ago, Dade Service Corporation determined we needed to increase our internal project management efficencies. One key approach, selecting and implementing a software program that would allow total project management and collaboration in one centralized location.
The result: Fully utilizing and implementing Prolog Manager and Converge. We currently were using Prolog Manager, but only utilizing about 5% of what the software has to offer. Although not every module will work for our unique design-build approach, we are hard at work to customize the software to work for us.

The consultation package we purchased has really aided in setting up the system to fit our needs and business model. We look forward to continue satisfying our unique work proccesses for the last couple months of the service agreement!
